Wow, what a weekend! I was very happy to see everyone out at the games - and a special thanks to the alumni section
for their creative school spirit!
Next up - Florida Gulf Coast and our first conference meeting with them. This is their first year as a Division I school,
and they have "fast tracked" their baseball program. This means they will be able to participate in post-season play the same
year we are. Not fair, I know.
Hope to see alot of you in Ft. Myers!

I have added a section called "Bullpen Club Shop". This has the pink UNF Baseball Shirts for the American Cancer Society
and the USA Military All-Star jerseys that are going to the Marine Cpl. Joshua Watkins Endowed Scholarship fund. If
you didn't have a chance to bid on the number you want, check here if it is available. There is only one of each number
listed, so I apologize if someone gets it before I am able to remove it from the list. I'll try to keep on top as quickly
as possible.
Each item is a little (50 cents to $5) more than in person because of the fees PayPal charges, but it is also very convenient
for this purpose. You can always call me if you don't want to use PayPal.
~News Congratulations to Coach Dusty Rhodes who will be inducted into the American Baseball Coaches Association Hall of Fame in January 2009 in San Diego. This is an enormous honor and is reflective of all his accomplishments in baseball at every level - from high school, junior college, college, professional, national, international and olympic. A great career and a great coach! |
